Is high quality nickel free silver ok for belly piercings?

It says its nickel free silver....would it be ok to use in a belly piercing? Is it bad for sensitive skin?
I have very sensitive skin and I only use titanium and surgical steel, because those are the only two totally hypoallergenic metals (other than gold, which is pricey!)
I wouldn't risk it. Not only could you have an allergic reaction if you know you're sensitive to certain metals, but there could be problems with the piercing itself.
