What are the ways to graduate from marine corps basic training as lance corporal?
i know that the company honor man and the series honor man are promoted to lance corporal but is there any other way? if i were to go into boot camp set to be a pfc at graduation through any of the ways it can be earned before going to boot camp and then became platoon guide at boot camp and became platoon honor man for graduation would i then be promoted to lance corporal or no?
No you have to be a contract PFC AND graduate as company or series honor man not just one or the other. You can only get promoted 1 rank out of boot camp so if you came in as a Pvt you could leave as a PFC but if you came in as a PFC then you could leave as a LCpl. They don't always give out LCpl either. My recruit training battalion only promoted to PFC. If you're a contract PFC and graduate honor man they also might give you meritorious mass which will help you get promoted faster but not right on the spot. You'll come to find there is no easy way in the Corps. Making LCpl out of boot camp is very difficult.
