On harry potter and the half blood prince when it comes up at the end a black screen with all the character names going down it as if a film has finished does this mean you have completed it ? . then it starts somewhere and there isnt any missions to do apart from walk about does this mean i have completed it or more to do in it ?

After You have completed the story line, You are in a free roam mode, where You can do several trainings, unlock spells find all collectibles etc.
You will not get to the story line once more in this case, only if You start a new game.
