How do you pack a big tv for storage?
I am planning on putting a big tv in storage, and I no longer have the box that it came in, and I can not find an inexpensive box to store it in. Does any one know a safe and easy way to pack it? A friend suggested that I wrap it in bubble wrap and put it into a mattress storing bag. Is this a good idea?
The best way to wrap it in the least expensive way it bubble wrap mostly the screen left to right and up and down.Also the sponge material thats usually inside of chairs and sofa's (the stuffing that looks like cheese)is really inexpensive and if you place that over the screen and wrap the tv in tape, then you should be fine.
